Community Involvement
Schur Success Group is more than a business. We are part of a community. As a part of this community, we are partnered with and support other organizations that help make the Tri-Lakes and Greater Colorado Springs area a great place to live, work and thrive. On this page you will find some of the organizations we are involved with and we hope to add more!
Tri-Lakes Cares
Located in downtown Monument, Tri-Lakes Cares provides services to economically disadvantaged households in northern El Paso County. Through a client-centered and individually tailored approach, they help clients gain greater stability. An open-mindedness to creative problem-solving and resourcefulness drives their work. Their areas of assistance include food, finances, transportation, medical and more. They believe everyone should be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity.

Empty Stocking Fund
The Empty Stocking Fund provides resources for local health and human service agencies in the Pikes Peak region on the front lines of helping people in crisis and assisting others in attaining self-sufficiency. Over the past 39 years, the Fund has raised more than $25 million. Every donated penny goes directly to their partner agencies. As the funds are unrestricted, these nonprofits can then use them in any way they see fit, whether that be providing direct services to their clients or keeping the lights on in their facilities.
